Challenges Faced by the Company
The company had the potential for product development, but it required additional funding for R&D investment and the establishment of new production lines.

The project was designed in a combined model with both KOSGEB R&D Support and TÜBİTAK 1501 Program.
The necessary technical documents, feasibility studies, and projects for the production line, testing processes, and new product formulation were prepared.
Investment implementation and reporting processes were managed.
Results
The production line has been modernized and product quality has been improved.
60% of the total project budget was covered by grants.
The products have been made suitable for export and the first shipment to the Middle East has been successfully carried out.
