Challenges Faced by the Company

The export volume, corporate structure, and brand strategy did not meet the Turquality standards; therefore, the export infrastructure needed to be strengthened before the program application.

ODS Consulting Group Approach

  • First, the export consulting model was implemented; target market selection, customer acquisition, and sales processes were redesigned.

  • Selling occurred through hot communication using the 100/20/10 meeting system. Subsequently, brand management, financial reporting, and organizational structure were developed according to Turquality criteria.

  • The application file, audits, and board presentations were managed end-to-end by ODS.

Results

  • The company has been accepted into the Turquality Program. A showroom and sales office have been opened in Germany; 50% of rent, decoration, and personnel expenses are covered by support.

  • Global marketing budgets, brand registrations, and communication investments have started to be financed with state support.

  • The number of countries for exports has increased from 2 to 6.
