How to Obtain the RES Project Investment Incentive Certificate?

Applications can be made electronically using the E-TUYS application. In this way, all information and documents can be secured using e-signature in electronic format and submitted for the assessment of the general directorate. As a result of the approval of this application, an e-document will be created. It can still be used in 2022 in the manner used in previous years. General, Regional, Priority, Strategic, and Project-Based Investment Incentive Certificates can be obtained in 2022, but on the other hand, it no longer seems possible to obtain the Large Scale Investment Incentive Certificate in 2022. After the new incentive applications come into effect, this type of certificate, which has become less useful, will also be removed from the legislation and will no longer be issued. However, all investors who hold a Large Scale Investment Incentive Certificate will retain all the rights they earned on the date of receiving their certificates in 2022.
