What is the PRODİS System?
TEYDEB (Presidency for the Support of Technology and Innovation), is an organization established under TÜBİTAK for project management. In this context, activities such as conducting industrial research and technology development; supporting and encouraging innovations; monitoring and improving university-industry relations are included. The PRODİS system, which we named the TEYDEB Project Evaluation and Monitoring System, is a web portal established to monitor and control these projects. Thanks to the PRODİS system, the application processes under the TEYDEB support programs under TÜBİTAK can be completed with a single click. You can also access this web portal through the e-government.
How to Register a Company on PRODİS?
Companies must follow certain steps to register through the PRODİS web portal. Organizations can apply for projects by following the company registration steps according to the user guide published by TÜBİTAK. In case of changes in the information of the company and the applying organization, applications remain open to updates. This enables necessary updates and edits to be made.
1. The first thing to be done is to enter the TÜBİTAK TEYDEB main entry screen and click on the "Pre-Organization Operations" button located in the upper boxes. After that, necessary procedures can be carried out in this section from the "Company Pre-Registration Responsible" and "Organization Operations" menus.
2. In the next step, the organization's information needs to be entered. Therefore, by pressing the "Add Organization Email Information" button in the pre-registration phase, the relevant information needs to be entered into the appearing screen.
3. Then, the organization's financial information must be detailed and entered into the related screen. In this scope, the type of organization, its size, and general classifications are recorded.
The steps to be followed are as follows:
● The relevant financial information of the organization must be written in this section after the relevant screen has been opened.
● The organization's financial information must be written based on the information obtained from the Balance Sheet and Income Statement attached to the Corporate Tax Declaration. The first point to pay attention to: Financial information will not be written based on the information contained in the temporary Tax Declaration attached to this area.
● Financial information must be final and pertaining to the last 3 years. Organizations established less than 3 years ago are obliged to write only the balance sheet and income statement information for the years that have been finalized.
● Financial information for the last 3 years, starting from the most recent finalized year (the year for which corporate tax declaration was made), must be written.
● Newly established companies that have not yet submitted their corporate tax declarations only need to write the average number of employees. These companies are not held responsible for filling in other financial data.
● It is important for organizations at the SME scale to calculate the annual average number of employees based on the provisions of the SME Regulation and write them in the relevant area.
● It is important for the total of Current Assets and Non-Current Assets to be equal.
● The sum of Short-Term Liabilities, Long-Term Liabilities, and Equity must be equal.
4. In the next step, the necessary information can be updated by pressing the Update button.
5. Regarding the arrangement of the information belonging to the organization, necessary arrangements must be made by entering the Organization Arrangement Screen.
6. Relevant information should be recorded through the Organization Partners Information Screen.
7. In the next step, the pre-registration processes must be completed. The application must be made on the Organization Pre-Registration Transactions screen, and the procedures must be finalized.
8. From the main screen tabs, it is necessary for the projects to be registered and sent for authorized approval following the pre-registration of projects. In this context, it is necessary to press the Save & Send for Authorized Approval button in the tab related to your organization.
9. You can track your project application process from these screens.
PRODİS Authorization
In PRODİS authorization procedures, companies are assigned the role of Organization Authority by TÜBİTAK if they appear in the "Organization Authorities" section in the organization-specific pre-registration stage on the TÜBİTAK TEYDEB official site, and possess the necessary qualifications. In this context, it is possible to access authorized projects and organizations from the Organization Authorization Main Page. On the user transactions page, there is information about BAYS organization details, worked or active organizations, defined roles and permissions, authorization status, authorized organizations as an organization authority, and active organization information. How to Log in to TÜBİTAK PRODİS?
To log in to PRODİS, individuals must first be registered in the system. In this context, individuals who have not opened a user account in the PRODİS system must first create a user account at https://eteydeb.tubitak.gov.tr/teydebanasayfa.htm and complete a new user registration. Once defined as a user in the system, individuals who have completed their registration in PRODİS can log in using the PRODİS Login menu and complete all their other transactions via this page and tabs.
