The World Bank has officially launched the 3rd call for the TÜBİTAK 1832 – Green Transformation Program in Industry as part of the Turkey Green Industry Project. This call aims to support R&D projects focused on green transformation in production enterprises, offering significant opportunities in areas such as energy efficiency, clean production, reduction of water consumption, process optimization, digitalization, and innovative environmentally friendly technologies.

Within the framework of the program, R&D activities to be carried out in the following areas are supported:

Scope of Support

• Hardware-software integrations

• Energy, water, and resource efficiency applications

• Clean production solutions

• Measurement, monitoring, and control systems

• Waste reduction and recovery technologies

• R&D activities at the THS 5+ level

Project Budget Maximum Limits

• Micro / Small Enterprises: 11,000,000 TL

• Medium-Sized Enterprises: 17,000,000 TL

• Large Enterprises: 32,000,000 TL

Support Rates

• SMEs: 80% repayable → non-repayable 60–80% depending on project success

• Large Enterprises: 70% repayable → non-repayable 50–70% depending on project success

Eligible Expenses

Personnel, travel, consultancy, procurement of services, software, equipment, tool purchases, and material expenses are evaluated within the scope of support.
